Since our foundation in 2010 we have worked with some of the Midland's prominent house builders to deliver sites ranging from 5 to 100 plots across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
We offer full design and specification on Plumbing and Heating systems, taking into account latest Building Regulations to ensure the properties meet code. We have a wide range of expertise delivering social housing, private housing as well as renovation projects, involving a mix of the conversion of large listed properties into luxury apartments with new housing built as part of the development.
We are often commended on our attention to detail from the design process all the way through to our installers on site.
Recent developments we have successfully completed include:-
14 new build 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes in Kings Heath, Birmingham, for Kendrick Homes.
27 new build 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Halesowen for Eden Homes.
14 new dwellings, including 8 luxury apartments within a Grade II listed Manor House and 6 high end new build houses within the grounds at Red House Park, Great Barr, near Walsall.
14 new build 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses on LPG gas in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, for DBA Homes, a private house builder based in Wolverhampton.
A development of 7 luxury apartments within the Grade II listed Friary in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
14 new build 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses including oil boilers and tanks at Ellerdine, near Telford for a private house builder.
11 new dwellings, including 8 luxury apartments within a Grade II listed “Green Hall” Manor House in Stafford and 3 high end mews houses built within the grounds.
